I never noticed, it was even here
and could not tell, in truth, when it did go.
Looking back, it brings me little cheer,
to find, I've missed the best part of this show.

How was it, I could not identify
but wandered, eyes closed; til the song was sung?
Understanding, only now, that warning cry;
'Youth is, so very wasted, on the young.'
