The angst it grows
and takes a hold of me
you are long gone
and I no longer need
nothing you give
or your promise
that steals
and leaves me bare
and trodden
exhausted field
for the new plougher
a land
that once
went bloom
in harvest dreams
a land
that is no longer
what it feels
the age of reason past
the beauty is now
an inner bliss
the youth is spent
and inner bliss
is not
for all to see
a land that lies
in waiting
for your kiss
and no eyelust
and no I-last
longer than you
or what you breed
a kiss that bears
all the fruits
my land
can yield
