Business Idea - Virtual Chat Partner (Inspired by the genie on the Akinator Website)

Based upon the Akinator website I believe that the technology to make this work is almost there.
Basically a Virtual Chat Partner would be a computer program that uses information from the internet to pretend to be a person and have online conversations with you.
If you're shy and don't want to go on an internet forum and speak to a real person then you can talk to this simulated person.
Why would you want to do this? -
Well as I've said you might be shy; afraid of confrontation or being judged. With a virtual chat partner you would get to have a conversation without fear of being judged or getting into an argument or being ridiculed or causing offence etcetera
Is this possible? -
Well I think it would work in a similar way to the Akinator website. On the Akinator website an animated genie plays 20 Questions with you and uses the Internet to guess a character you are thinking of.
I think my Virtual Chat Partner would work a similar way.
For example, Ask them their opinion on an issue and the virtual chat partner would find an opinion from the internet and information to support it or ask them if they have any hobbies and they'll find hobbies from the internet and information about their hobby to give you.
