Copycat

My cat is a copycat;
he copies what I do;
like, if I wear a floppy hat
his hat is floppy too.

Or if I'm dressed in stripes or spots
thats what my cat will wear.
My cat copies me lots and lots.
It really is not fair.

Or if I've found some cool new phrase
or got a great new gimmick;
my cat will steal it the next day,
he's such a little mimic.

But atleast I can hypnotize
him when its time to snooze.
I simply yawn and shut my eyes
and he does what I do.
