What is there to do, When there is nothing to be done?
What is there to lose, When there is nothing to be won?
What is there to say, When there is nothing to be said?
Who is there to lead, When there's nothing to be led?
What is there to kill, If there was nothing there to live?
What is there to take, If there is nothing there to give?
What is there to try for,
When no one will say well done?
I'd like some recognition
A small pat on the back.
Cuz I'm trying my hardest,
Even if I am in bottom set.

Hi Yaz, I like this one. It seems a bit sad and a feeling hopelessness comes across, as no doubt you intended. I hope it's not autobiographical; anyway it's good, well done and keep writing.
