My stories

A musing.

Love, it's a funny thing. It can turn a single man into a pile of shivering, sobbing, quaking flesh.

Ice-Cream

Imagine. You're seven years old, Give or take a few months. You're mother is standing in front of you And the expression on her face is one of sincerity, And sympathy.

Sleeping.

If you fell, I'd be there to catch you. To hold you. I'd wrap you in a blanket and clasp you tightly to my chest, sharing body heat, keeping you alive. I'd lie with you for hours, my love.
Poem of the week

The Big C

It's like that feeling you get When you stand at the top of a cliff, Looking down. You push your toes right to the edge Just enough that you can bend right over without falling

The Final Kiss.

Just one last kiss will do very nicely, Thankyou. Just there if you please, On the tip of my nose, Where the cold has perched for hours Taken a liking to the feel of my snuffling skin.
