It's not often that a 'traditional' poem actually keeps to rhyme and metre - but this does and I am impressed. There are some wonderful lines in there too - 'meadowlands of braided strands in winds and waves that wove her' , for example. This...
So many great lines in this - I want a lot more of it. Two great characters and a story that could go anywhere - and knowing you probably will. A fantastic read.

Cleverly done - the haiku form is not easy - and the last one is thought provoking. I'm not sure that wind follows you - surely it's in your face if it's blowing off your hat!
This really is very good. It demonstrates the appalling influence the internet has had on young sexuality. I guess schools and parents are doing their bit to explain to young teenagers that sex shouldn't be porn but I worry about it all....
I thought this was excellent. You create a real sense of place and have the dark foreboding of the real story neatly hidden in the trailer. No need to expand it - it says it all.
I like this very much indeed. It makes me think of old mother who's present day memories fade almost as soon as they happen - but she can still remember so much of her past. It's a beautiful and evocative piece.
I love the idea behind this story - it's very good indeed - but I think that you could structure it very differently. Take a look at some of Roald Dahl's short horror stories and see what I mean. We need to feel how Anthony feels, to be taken along...Read full comment

First of all this too long to be read on a computer in one go. I suggest that you re-post it chapter by chapter - you will get a lot more readers.

I like this very much indeed. It makes me think of old mother who's present day memories fade almost as soon as they happen - but she can still remember so much of her past. It's a beautiful and evocative piece.
