You’re making terrific progress with you writing. As for ‘releasing your creativity’ I think of it in this way: Don’t write the essay look out the window rather, (not the clock!) let your mind run free dream and dream daydream of the wonder the beauty of creation, the majesty, with a sense of adventure, of a child discovering the new, the unexpected, and in rapture, in amazement, in happiness, in joy. Ideas are not overtaken, they cannot be hunted, they are too swift by far. Also they can’t be netted, there’s an abundance small fishes, worthless, mediocre. They can’t be bought even for any price, they are free like the air we breathe and the water we drink, yet are priceless. Ideas are trapped. Know where to set your trap, know where the game is, the small crooked paths through underbrush, hidden in the bushes. Wait patiently let your mind roam free like a child, you can only catch a good idea with cunning and patience, and experience. Pounce upon it, seize the moment! And with a sense of wonder, of adventure, of excitement!

Wonderful images here. Reminded me of when I was a teenager - I used to carry this image of the night sky cracking open a little (in cities it always seems like a surrounding shell waiting to do this) and giving a glimpse of some other bright place beyond. I think this one puts it better than I ever could. I liked the way that the sentences drifted free of grammar - I assume intentional (i.e. please don't change them if anyone writes in to correct) - e.g. 'from the bud which I blossomed'. It all adds to the ethereality (if that's a word). Well done! Rob

Beeme Loved all of this; I truly believe Heaven is what you can make it on earth with a communicating person, or hell if not. But I had meditation wonderful to picture a Fountain with rivelets running down, bring in coloured flowers,you know a cat no it's got grey mouse in his jaws maybe expressing word I think. Who am I to say to soft music and imagine breathing in beauty of a rose and it's petals. Forgetting all the stress if one has, feather tip forehead from middle to outter, and gradually get person relax in chair massage shoulders gently, relax head neck arms legs breathing slowly in and out discarding all worldly worries.Iv'e done he was so stressed out to quiet music. Ray got me recently 2 pictures funny enough Angles big wings standing over children playing. Abctales helps on here, like Tony Abctales states let your juices flowing. Plus writing group we studied means looked at picture into seeing person features ways imagination.But you have a great way of words, so some I don't answer on here cos Authors so great can't tell if true happening or not.I have done poem on "Relaxation" but only or not any comments I'd love after being through it myself.Have the ability for others. Lifting the pressure. I looked at full moon other night reminds me of a face like eyes nose and mouth, like custard tin when small.But when looked photo only a speck.You are doing so well.You know bring in colours,landscapes views animals I never had an imagination till now.If it rains make it a great day things, I watched all different pattern umbrellas the other day. I have one butterflies on. "Audry Hepburn" and red dotty one like me? I'm moody at moment difficult things happening.
