Chocolate

Chocolate
I’m a chocoholic, I’ll eat chocolate ‘till I’m sick
I’ll eat thin bars full of peppermint as well as bars quite thick
I eat lots of bars of chocolate with nuts or raisins in
And also chocolate biscuits from a packet or a tin
Chocolates with soft centres I’ll eat them all the time
Orange, lemon, marzipan, coconut or lime.
I’m fond of liqueur chocolates full of whisky or of gin
Especially the big ones that have a cherry in
Some chocolates that I like to eat are made in funny shapes
Like Toblerone or Easter eggs, I don’t care what form it takes
There are chunky bars like Yorky that the lorry drivers eat
While Bourneville plain or milky is a lovely eating treat
There’s Aero, full of bubbles that dissolve upon your tongue
It doesn’t last for very long, but it’s quite a lot of fun
White chocolate also you can buy but I’m not so keen on that,
It’s not like eating Bourneville plain and leaves you feeling flat
Chocolate money, chocolate drops the list goes on and on
It doesn’t matter what they are I love them every one
I’m so fond of chocolates I’ll eat them round the clock
But I have another weakness: I’m just as fond of seaside rock.
