The Kiss

I saw a kiss in misty smile
fresh from hazy dream
I lie and think of "wait a whiles",
They're never what they seem

A tear of love from me to you 
Shared in lost embrace
I stare at stars above the shores
as starlight touches face

I sense that kiss from shores afar
As life stands by our side
In wait , my love , I send to thee
the kiss on rising tide

The kiss it finds a lip so true
from angel's hand once torn
It lands like mist from morning dew
A love , once lost , reborn.
