A girl
sits
by a window
writing a poem...
the moon
drifts into it...
two wild geese...
honking
as they fly...
all April lies
beneath their wings
till a breeze
rises, takes
them away
leaving the paper
dark
and bereft
of words.

Dusk, that cusp, tricky light conditions but good time for a poem..like this one, of that moment, that Nature announces, is here and is gone. Now, and you got the poem! A reminder to imagine 'all April beneath their wings'? Might take the camera to the lake and see what they're up to :)
