Thanks, Tina. This was supposed to be a one shot thing. My son had called me Facebook whore one day and I decided to write a song about it. I'd been in a rut and was looking to do something different. So I decided to give myself a show and do the Facebook whore song. Lol. I'm having fun with it. Glad you're enjoying it, dear Tina.

Ah, Prettyrose. What a lovely thing to say. I'm glad you get some pleasure out of it. I'd been told in the past that I need to step out of my box. So these sessions have been very therapeutic for me. And it's gotten me to write a few songs. Not a bad deal. Beats paying a therapist.

smileyYour welcome. I always think if one is happy with they do, then it's ok to carry on, but i can see why you were persuaded to 'think out your box' some one,obviously knew how about your other talented side, your wife maybe lol.

 

But carry on it's great to see people not afraid of todays world/technology doing what they want, why should the younger adults/kids have all the fun on media sites ha ha.

I never give a direct suggestion, because I personally feel it's no ones place to critic an artist or their work, unless they ask for it.However I just want to say, because this is in my nature and I want to help lol. Rich once you have got more comfortable with being online visually,please SMILE smileyand look in the camera more. lol.

Lol, Preetrose. Thanks, again, for the kind comments. I try to do these videos in real time. On Wednesday evening I get home from work and start supper. While supper's on the stove I print out whatever song I've written. I put it down on the kitchen table, grab the guitar and start. It's usually around 7pm. I'm pretty much doing it cold. It would take too long for me to put it to memory. So I have to read the lyrics. I try to make it as bare-bones and natural as possible. I think they'll get better as I go along. But you've made some valid points, and they're really appreciated, Prettyrose. Makes me happy when you stop by..

I missed you on Wednesday, Rich. Just catching up and glad to have found this. For some reason, it reminded me of the song, Life Gets Tedeous Don't it, which I used to love when I was a child. Very much enjoyed your song. If you do decide to add to it, I hope we get to hear it.
