A box of fairies

A box of fairies, I have here
with silk fine wings and spun gold hair;
from fairy land, far off, they came
and would you like to know their names?
There’s tinkling bell and twinkling toes;
“the fairy with the upturned nose”;
there’s one whose name is “Feet are big”
and one just called The Thingumajig.
There’s feverfew and thistledown;
and “fairy with the snow white crown”
“the fairy with one golden shoe”
and one called “Cock a doodle doo”.
They’re funny names, I must admit
but, fairy folk, perfectly fit
for Fairies are quite odd you see.
They’re not at all like you and me.
You say you’d like to look inside?
Oh, very well, but please take care
for if they’re scared they run and hide
or, sometimes, simply disappear.

Hi JoHn,
Hi JoHn,
as you know I'm a lover of all writing about fairies...this is a fine example, that would look great with illustrations.
By the way, I love their names, Perfect!
Jenny.
