Rambling

Rambled away – weather grey
No road and mud suckled
Muckle on
Hold my coat aloft
Breezed away into the day
Hills that hug
Jag-eyed vision of monstrosity
Everyman’s theatre of the absurd
Empty land
Deep ravine – so it seemed
Smoky stones, silvery streams
River roads deeper that a dream
Cloud clot the sky
Rucksack blue-nylon tumbleweed
Lifeline inside
Small drop – then a body stops.

Feels bleak but beautiful,
Feels bleak but beautiful, celt. That lifeline might be handy. Like those river roads.

Love this. Rambling away,
Love this. Rambled away, weather grey. No high viz clothing on this guy. Don't go over the edge, no-one might find you.

Hi CM
Hi CM
One of your best poems, from my point of view. Short shock.
