My world behind eyelids is shapeless now
there’s a dark wall no thing can breach.
Empty, bloodless spheres ascend
interminable sleep.
You whisper words into my ear
the bones vibrate the love away.
I plunged the vale where ego dies
liberated into this great stillness.
I'm a beating heart in a corpse that dreams
she died and found no providence.
God has broken out your boxes.
Don’t pray for me or stroke my skin
and fire the synapses to life
I see no world nor feel desire
the beating heart is dead.
