I'm Already There

We'll float in dusty shadows
of your memories
as you rock me softly
in the bow of your reclining arm.
The hollow of your shoulder will cradle
my inclining head, while our exploring
fingers gently brail affection
we are ever fearful to decry.
My leg curved angled at the knee
will drift somewhere toward your belt,
and I will whisper blissful
with your drumbeat in my ear,
where we will softly pass the tender ache
of night, and I'll be there -
in almost gladness of never having
had to leave complete, your broken heart.

The images and textures your word creations have materialised...
... will forever blossom and bloom in brightly coloured inspirational light for me... no dust...
Nestling and seeding to grow and cycle through an eternity of souls in the essence of a wind that carries the awe of freedom, love, poetry, strength, courage, hope and inspiration ...
Thank-you for each word you have published, each gift and moment you have shared. For gifting others with the blessing of soul connection without fear.
Thank-you xxxxx

It reminds me of a grown up
It reminds me of a grown up lullaby that you want to stay awake for. Really soft and enveloping.

This has always been one of my favourites of Bee's poems. Planning a trip to the archives for the Facebook and Twitter Pick of the Day, it came immediately to mind. Please share/retweet if you've enjoyed it.

I read lots of Bee's poems
I read lots of Bee's poems and yet missed this absolute treasure, which is often the case when you nip on here when you can. This is so well written, so beautiful. It is like a song. I hope her family feel very proud to see it here again.
