The younger generation

seeks to choose a profession

at cross road of their initial education

out of many professions, to chose one as ambition

to shape a career for living a dignified life

serving the society mitigating its strife

while earning to live with comfort and fame

enjoying bureaucratic power and to boast a name

or to be at a nation’s helm with political supremacy

with comfort for family forcing on power the clan’s legacy.

Any professionals and politicians achieving the best in their career

could not satisfy them, to answer the youth they all did quiver

Failed each and every professional to satisfy the thought behind the ambition

Helplessly they meditated the Lord for the best solution.

The Almighty prevailed upon them to follow His advice

with no queries, no ambiguity but follow Him as novice.

Having unflinching faith in Him without any alternative

followed His direction surrendering to Him for the best to achieve.

On His advice they gave up their lust, greed and anger with penance

shunning attachment, jealousy and pride without repentance.

Ultimately they became saints meditating in a calm dense forest

The happiness,  peace and bliss they achieved the best

Hey young generation! You may choose any path, all are open to you

counting on peace and bliss or fame and comfort as per your view.
