It’s true, I said,
As I stroked the lace
That circled her leg
Tyres drummed
On the old port road,
Motos buzzed
Past the door
All we can do is live,
She said,
And I had to agree,

Cadiz
always used to make me think of Drake and The Armada... I liked it, but it wasn't what I expected.
I really like this poem, sometimes less really is more... (and other times, it isn't, of course :-D )
