It’s true, I said,
As I stroked the lace
That circled her leg

Tyres drummed
On the old port road,
Motos buzzed
Past the door

All we can do is live,
She said,
And I had to agree,
There’s little more

always used to make me think of Drake and The Armada... I liked it, but it wasn't what I expected.

I really like this poem, sometimes less really is more... (and other times, it isn't, of course :-D )

Hi Ewan. Thanks. My history is a bit hazy these days, but Cádiz has a great soul and is up for a bit of socialising. Just leaving to head back oop north. A good stay.
