So bright, last night, the
yellow-orange harvest moon:
we lay moon-bathing.
The birds were sleeping
there were no owls on duty:
silence as music.
And in the morning
it was peeping through the trees
at we early birds.
The moon-tan lotion
saved us from moonstroke, the moon
had got the blisters.

There's a dreamy feeling about this poem and I love the fact it reads better when listening to Harvest Moon.
