Astro-pupil

I am an astropupil;
to school, in space, I go.
I take little IQ pills
to help my IQ grow.  

My schoolbus is a cool ship
that zooms through twinkling stars
and, in it, we take school trips
to Jupiter and Mars.

My uniforms a blazer
and astronaut spacesuit
and I carry a laser;
to write with not to shoot.  

I have a robot teacher
with a computer head
and my best friends a creature
from planet XYZ

School dinners are disgusting
alien slime of grey
I dump them in the dustbin
and order takeaway.

 

Then when I hear the school bell
I put on my back pack
that runs on rocket fuel

and, to Earth, it takes me back.
