DECISIONS

Maybe I will, Maybe I won't,
Maybe I do, Maybe I don't
Maybe the answer I'll never say,
Maybe I'll choose to walk away.
Maybe I know, Maybe I'll guess,
Maybe I care or couldn't care less,
Maybe I see much more than you do,
Maybe that's false or maybe it's true.
Maybe I laugh, Maybe I cry,
Maybe I'll live, Maybe I'll die,
Maybe I feel, Maybe I'm numb,
Maybe I'm fooling everyone.
Maybe I'll go, Maybe I'll stay,
Maybe I'll bow my head and pray,
Maybe I'll hide, Maybe I'll seek,
Maybe I'm strong, Maybe I'm weak.
Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong,
Maybe I'm lost or maybe belong,
Maybe I'll have to learn how to choose,
Because maybe I'm not prepared to lose!

I like the rhythm and rhyme,
I like the rhythm and rhyme, and making it have an element of humour, Angela.
Like the other one you've posted there's that deep down grit that knows one's worry and indecision, but will persevere and get on with what needs to be done! Rhiannon

Echoing Rhiannon's comment -
Echoing Rhiannon's comment - you have a nice tight rhythm here Angela. This would sound good as a spoken piece too
