on Psalm 121
On the hills around the road
enemies can hide,
mockers pounce to scorn or goad
– God is at my side.
    Help for ever from the Lord,
    Maker of the earth.
    Help, whatever stalks abroad,
    help in life and death.

Constantly he’ll shield, alert,
watching, not asleep,
Day and night from harm and hurt
He will shelter, keep.

Do people sing your hymns? They are very good

Thank you, Di. They are sung sometimes. More often read! Sometimes I pass on to friends summaries of sermons they've heard or missed eg when unwell or shut in. I find it useful to summarise simply in verse something of what I've heard or read, and want to remember!
