Hello ABC Tales

Hi,

I’m new to writing and new to ABC Tales.

My name is Gabriel but anyone who knows me calls me Gabby.

According to my friends, I’m a friendly, approachable but fiercely independent soul. I guess I can blame my parents for that one. In any event I hope I have inherited Mama’s kindness and Papa’s wisdom.

Mostly I have found myself writing about a post-apocalyptic world, though I have yet to complete a story. I am only ever presented with a beginning, or an ending, or a middle of a story. I have yet to stitch the three together and write a whole. Who knows, one day I’ll maybe gather them all up and sew them into a magnificent patchwork quilt. Until then I’ll scrape by giving the occasional music lesson and pottering around the world with my backpack.

PS I also make a mean lobster ravioli.

PPS I have edited this post to remove some information about my parents. I love them both very much and I am so, so, proud of them. But they are also proud of their anominity and wish to keep it. I want to respect that and I want them to know I love them more than anything else in the world.

hello, gabby, multilinguial and a musician, I think Papa may be right and Mama too, but it's you that needs to do the writing. Good luck and not just with the lobster.
