Which God of the Roman Mythology
describes you best?
I don't need to compile an anthology
to carry out the test;
just a few names will do
to find the analogy.
 
The beauteous Venus
symbolises your loveliness;
imperious Jupiter,
with his raging thunder,
typifies your temper
and Diana, the huntress,
your predatory nature.
 
Narcissus mirrors
his and your vanity.
but the one with whom
I associate you most
Is the two-faced, calculating Janus.
 
I've learnt to my cost that duplicity
Is a paramount feature to you both.
He is my choice
and can discount the rest.

Beauty distracting from character and danger!

Oh, for the " the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight"

Yes Rhiannon, inner beauty may be a desirable quality bur the character in question is not a gentle and quiet spirit; quite the contrary if the accuser is to be believed.
