[Continuing the hymn-for-Sundays series]
Many sinners, poor, came, wept
the offered love received;
the rich young ruler sadly crept
away – riches deceived.
Zacchaeus, though was glad to give
much of his wealth away,
no longer selfishly to live –
he welcomed Christ that day.
And so Christ’s coming was prepared,
the baby came and grew
and then Jesus, the man, so cared
that we may live anew:
Our pardon paid for by His death,
His Spirit giving faith,
kept while we walk this life on earth
to meet Him after death.
Mark 10:17-22; Luke 18;18-27;
Luke 19:1-10

Congratulations
You did it Rhiannon, rounded off the series in style; and you got that last Z in perfectly.
