I watch their sad faces, hurt and broken
They sit there quietly, not a word spoken
They are all contaminated and they know they will die soon
Their faces are white, as white as the moon
There are many young faces
And many sad cases
I see a young girl in her bed crying under her cover
And she knows she will never forgive her father
They all know the consequences of it
They all know they will never get rid of it
A little girl in a wheel chair looks up at me
She has blue eyes just like the sea
She starts to weep and whispers "why?"
And I pray to God, why does she have to die?
The older ones are all in bed
Feeling rejected and not a word said
Most of them are sleeping
The rest of them are weeping
They all know there is no cure
And that their blood is unpure
They all know the will soon fade
The all know there is no cure for AIDS.
