Undertow (not as dark as it seems)

Sleep slide slip slow
Deep into the undertow
Fear find fierce flow
Deep into the undertow
No one knows you’re here
Not even you
You can hear yourself asking
If anything is true
What sits on the surface
Is not for serious thinking
When thoughts are sinking
Spike sight smother stow
Deep into the undertow
Bleed Blind Bend Bow
Deep into the undertow
You twist toil and turn
Suffocating with sweat
You freeze and you burn
And remember to forget
Its always been this way
A storm comes and goes
Trouble ebbs and flows
Deep in the undertow.
