They can be scrambled, they can be poached.
You might wish to sling 'em on your toast.
They can be boiled, they can be fried.
Sometimes they may become fertilised.
The sheer joy of eggs; at Easter-time,
They are brown and sweet; a treat divine.
But the ones that cling to types of hair,
Are kinds of eggs that you shouldn't share.
