So I waited a bit,
And waited a bit more.
Then I started thinking,
What am I waiting for...?

...Is it for perfection?
No, I'm too realistic.
...For the ideal to show?
I'm not a lunatic.

Am I waiting for you?
Not anymore, I'm not.
Waiting is wasting time;
Time that love hasn't got.

It is too late for you.
Your time's up; it is through.
I can no longer wait;
I don't even want to.

I've better things to do,
Than wait around for you.

I'd give one more minute,
If I was a half-wit.
