SEARCH - MR PERFECT/MR RIGHT

Am I looking for Mr Perfect?
Am I 'eck as like!
I know I'd be waiting a long time,
If I waited for Mr Right.

Mr Perfect, or Mr Right,
Doesn't actually exist.
He lives only in imagination,
He ain't nothing but a wish.

So who am I looking for?
More to the point, is he even looking for me?
For I don't want to seek and find him,
If he's not interested, or with somebody.

I know what I'm not looking for.
That's something, I suppose.
I'm not looking for Mr I Know Best;
Everything he thinks he knows.

I'm not looking for Mr I Don't Care One Bit,
I Might Care About Myself, But I'm A Bit Of A Twit.
I'm not looking for Mr I'm Full Of Myself;
So Full, There's No Room For Anyone Else.

I'm hoping for a bit of humour,
A dose of understanding, a touch of kindness.
Someone who has real feelings, thoughts.
A bit of this and that. Not a bit of a prat.

Maybe the right person is in the wrong place,
Where I wouldn't expect to find him. Any case,
I'm not looking for Mr Right or Mr Perfect.
I'm just hoping, maybe, for a Mr Worth It.
