The wheel spins and spins
She will not become part of the wheel

The wheel spun
It's sharpened arrow landed on Hopeless
She was used to bearing such weight
She threw her head back
Lifted her shoulders high
And spun the wheel again

The sharpened arrow went round and round
It landed on Heartbreak
She chuckled mirthlessly
Heartbreak had become the one companion that never left her

She spun the wheel again
It landed on Madness
The screams of women raped and robbed
The wails of mothers begging for their children
The cries of babies sold and abused
Echoed all around her
Became the only sound in the world

Is it any wonder that she ripped the wheel off its post
Threw it to the valley below
And burnt the world with her dragon's breath?
