Have you ever sat and watched the ocean
How it rolls and tumbles
the beauty of such simplicity moves me
Something so small as movement can make a difference
Sometimes the ocean seems to not move at all
And the calm of it rushes over me
Things don't move, and time stands with it
Everything and nothing happens at once
Study the ocean and you will see
How everything seems to flow in sync
Watch the movement of the water
And you will see something special
That while you watch the ocean move
The wind is moving you

Some great imagery,
Some great imagery, especially 'the calm of it rushes over me', but the repetitive usage of 'move' and related 'moves' and 'movement' begin to grate as the poem unfolds. May I suggest a thesaurus, there are some great ones available online.
