Hi Celticman, hope you've been well.  I've noticed you have a great collection by now and am looking forward to read them.  My world was temporarily rocked by an earthquake but am in one peice (thank god!) Hope to stay and keep writing with you all this time round.  Nice poem BTW and congrats for the cherries :)

thanks sharmi, no earthquakes in Scotland just drizzley days that if you weren't born here would make you half crazed. But you put my moans into perspective and thanks for the praise. I guess we are all writers trying our best to say what we've got to say.

thanks guys , it's not going to plan, the public sector borrowing requirement is greater than expected (around £12 billion), the cuts of £20 billion which have still to be implemented are no longer enough. Reminds me a bit of doctors coming to bleed the patient to cure them. Of course bleeding poor people is a lot less painful and is lucrative. There I go, off on another rant. So thanks guys again, finger to lips, stuum.
