the egg family title christmas

It was christmas eve and all the egg family were getting ready for christmas, Mrs Egg was making mince pies, Mr Egg was putting up decorations, Emma was making snow flakes out of paper, Edward and Elliot were making paper chains,baby ella lay in her pram watching Edward and Elliot, there was a knock at the door, it was Mrs Eggs sister Marie, "happy christmas everyone" she said, "what a wonderful surprise, come and have a mince pie" said Mrs Egg, " ive brought gifts for everyone, shale i put them under the tree" said Marie, " yes please , oh how exciting" said Mrs Egg, the children were jumping up and down, they couldnt wait to see what was under the tree for them, " i hope i have a princess dress" said emma, "i hope i have a car" said Edward, " i hope i have a pair of football boots" said Elliot, "you dont have long to wait," said Mr Egg, "you have lots of presents to open tomorrow, seeing as auntie Marie is here, why dont we sing some carols", everyone enjoyed singing the carols, then they pulled crackers, laughing as they put on the paper hats, soon it was time for auntie Marie to go home, "thankyou so much for the presents and i hope you like the presents we gave to you" said Mrs Egg, "i will love them, happy christmas everyone" said Marie, when Mrs Egg had closed the front door she said "come on children lets finish getting ready, it will soon be time for bed", when the children went to bed they fell asleep trying to guess what their presents would be. soon it was christmas day everyone woke very early, they couldnt wait to get the day started, the children were so happy, Emma got the princess dress she wanted, Edward got the car he wanted, Elliot got the football boots he wanted, baby ella was very happy too, not only did she get a new teddy but she also had a lovely doll, christmas day was wonderful, lots of fun, really nice food, most of all it was good to be together.
