Hi, old friend
from times long lost,
so long ago when we were young
and dreams were paintings we created.

Harken back through memories,
when we were young
and life was but a nut to crack.

To crack- To crack, Step back!
Step back, we did...
Did we reflect on days of youth
lost and searching for the truth, we did.
Step back we did.

What have we learned along the way,
the long and winding way?
That life is made of yesterdays
in dreams we weave today.
