Roll your shoulders back
inhale.
Feel the air move up your body
relax.
Lift your arms above your head
stretch.
Send your body to the floor
exhale.
Close your eyes, and
feel
your dreams surround you.
Feel
your worries become irrelevant.
Focus
on your breathing, and
feel
your insecurities float away.
Feel
your spots disappear.
Feel
your fat evaporate.
Feel
your hair grow thicker, and
come
again next week to feel it all again.
