I blame the positioning of my bedroom furniture.
The wardrobe isn't where it should be
and the bed needs to be along the other wall.
I need to swap cushions and no more blue duvets.
When my grandma couldn't sleep she used to iron.
I'd wake up and there'd be piles of
neatly folded tablecloths.
I need new paintings for my walls or
I need to paint my walls or
I need to turn my windows inside out
and sand down the skirting boards.
Sometimes but not often I'm in a room
and all the things are in the right places.

Pick of the Day
I love this - it seems so twee and sweet and yet once you take the metaphor and apply it to your life it says everything.

you blame bedroom furniture
you blame bedroom furniture in the same way I blame the Tory Pary. But they are always in the wrong and definetly in the wrong place.
