Mother of privacy 
sometimes there is a need to retreat 
away to  a private space .

Mother of privacy 
protect the dignity of those 
who have been subject to disgrace .

Mother of privacy 
restore respect in thos

who have been robbed of their self confidence .

Mother of privacy 
Keep safe the trust between people

in order to prevent offence .

Mother of privacy
stop the hurtful words
so often said in jest 
time and time again .

Mother of privacy
grant us the time we need to reflect 
so we can heal from the pain

yes. Privacy can be hard to find on the 25 Dec. Some people are in a room full of people simply because they feel they 'have to',others are lonely on their own. We all need to care for ourselves and also to take care not to invade others privacy with mean words.
