Wanna Be A PA

Ah’m posh, yer know.
Ah’v gorra right posh job:
Secretry in an office block.
Ah’m raht clever,
Ah can do owt on a computer.

Thi sent me on a course,
Well, fahv in the end.
Ah’m a Mahcrosoft Miracle.
Wish Ah cud spell, tho,
But Ah’v got spellcheck.

Were in me last job years;
Got me an ‘ouse
An’ a fella – nice one.
But Ah wanna get better,
Climb’t ladder.

Got loads of interviews,
Then got ‘ere.
Nice, all posh people,
So now Ah’m posh, too.
Lots to do.

Ah said ter me friend
On me fag break,
“Ah wanna be a PA”,
She said, “Go fer it”
So Ah did.

Had loads of interviews,
Just lahk before.
Really nice people an’ that.
An’ now evry day
Ah’m waiting for’t letter.
