I love to hear my sweetheart snore
This may sound odd to you
But as my baby saws away
I'll tell you what I do
 
I'll regulate my rhythm
Till our breathing's even matched
It makes me feel that we are one
When we are thus, attached
 
Eventually she'll quiet
And then I will do the same
I'm sure she's never noticed
That I play this nighttime game
 
But now I have to wonder
Maybe wonder evermore
Does she do something similar
When I begin to snore ?
