Today I picked a petunia

Dearest Diary,
Today I picked a lonely little petunia.
It had cried for lack of company,
so I placed her in a pumpkin patch.
But her constant chatter,
Drove the pumkins to despair!

Now they cry for lack of sleep.

(Sigh!)

Sometimes there’s just no pleasing Horticulture.
