A breakdown in co-operation
in orchestra, or football team:
cacophony, humiliation,
a waste of training, wreck of dream.

A breakdown in co-operation
between the brain and leg and foot
will devastate the locomotion
with disability acute.

A breakdown in co-operation
between those differing in gift
will bring society’s destruction,
– each man an island all adrift.

To bring about co-operation
between those who live lands apart
needs contact, thought, appreciation,
desire, and willingness of heart.
