Jennifer Stein

Jennifer Stein was a girlfriend of mine,
She was one of the girls at my school,
She was smart and wore glasses enjoying her classes,
I was scruffy and acted the fool.
When Jenny walked by my pulse went sky high,
Miss Stein was the girl of my dreams,
But it wasn’t that easy, she started to tease me,
And had secret admirers it seams.
I only found out when walking about,
With Jennifer Stein on my arm,
That many young boys would shout and make noise,
And Jenny would turn on her charm.
She started to change and act kind of strange,
Hanging out with a blonde girl called Penny,
Who swore to her friend she’d be there till the end,
To help Jenny choose from the many.
It was right about then that my patience wore thin,
And I made up a plan in my head,
I’d forget about meeting with Jenny at break,
I’d play football with Patrick instead.
