We stand in solidarity
now summers hope is waning
layers of eternity
bury deep the aching
Winter grips you firecly
and strips you to the bone
as I am stripped of all pretense
all my defences gone
One day the west wind will return
and you will see your sun
I envy you you're surety
my sun may never come
If I had your fortitude
to help me stand the waiting
I too would stand in solitude
the ice inside me breaking

Good writing lovely
Good writing lovely melancholy feel that flows through the whole poem.
