Today they were showing the funeral channel (or the news) and episodes of Murder She Wrote. This was in the gym. You can’t outrun death on a treadmill; they only give you 20 mins. Maybe then you’re supposed to give the rowing machine a go.

Tomorrow is Tuesday, so they will be screening back to back episodes of Come Dine With Me alongside Floods In Pakistan and Images of Children with Flies on Their Faces. Dead or sleeping? Certainty would ruin the fun.
