Life’s Pearl

Another year has passed, and still we are together

Through thick and thin, we have remained a couple

Our love has reached a higher plain

We cannot be touched

Another year has to pass, and many more

We will persevere, to go on as one

With our minds and bodies combined

The world is our oyster

All we have to do, is find the pearl

That pearl, is the bond that holds hearts together

Perhaps we’ve already found it…
