The power of the word
is in you
and is in me

but it´s a different word

two words that never meet
and lost their chance
to become one

your word was out there
was a scream

my word was silent
invisible
to the naked ear

and when you put your word
inside my mouth

it was a word of lust
and not of love

and then you lost
our chance

you doomed us all

our words will never
be One Word
no more

but I still hear it spoken
and sung and hipped
and hopped

but you, you hear me not
my word´s withdrawn
to a retired corner

my word is silent
because I can´t believe
your word
no more
