Prologue
They were there. Then they weren't.
The group of students Mrs. Dentromny was teaching, just disappeared.
Each of them was over ten years old.
Austin was twelve, Lilly was eleven, and Joshua was twelve.
I'm not trained to know how to react to this kind of stuff, she thought. So Madeline did the first thing she could think of. She called the office, and told them what happened.
The principle came down, and said that kids in other classrooms had disappeared, too, but only the ones over ten years old.
They were scared, if the truth must be told. Never had anything like this happened. And it was impossible. Or they thought it was.

Welcome, Emma. This is intriguing, and it makes me want to read more. One tiny niggle, there are two p's in disappear. You have to try to spot typos, but don't worry about it too much, it happens to us all - I often miss them in pieces I've read through a dozen times.
Tip:- Look through the work of other members and comment on what you like (you don't have to be critical if you feel uncomfortable with that), and then you'll find people will read and comment on your work and help you to iron out any glitches. This is a fantastic site, the standard of posts is generally very high and there's very little bad writing. There are more excellent writers on here than you can possible keep track of, and I'm sure you'll love it.
