"Anna's Blanket"

The story of Anna’s Blankets is a special one. Anna made them by hand and sent one to each person in her family – To give them a warm hug whenever they needed one. These blankets were made with care, kind thoughts And sent on their way with love. Anna was my Mom-

I love the romanticism here- the wistful wish for a parallel universe – perhaps another chance to change the ending or to have no ending- Sweet movement and nice rhythm in the verses. I liked this one very much and will read again....

What a thoughtful, poetic

Posted on Sat, 01 Aug 2020

What a thoughtful, poetic reflection on life with a simply elegant accent on nature. Oh those messages we miss when we don’t stop and smell the flowers, watch the bees or see the leaves come alive on the trees where birds make their homes. We...

It's terrifiying to think

Posted on Fri, 24 Jul 2020

It's terrifying to think something is wrong with us- something possibly incurable-this is a very relatable tale- I'm sure many have been there and taken a deep breath- like in your ending- to learn their fear is unfounded and they are after all...

What a lovely metaphor -birds
