The clock radio lit up,
the music washed gently
over his sleeping body
and seeped into his dreams.
He felt a dark ocean
rolling under his back,
and the sweet melody
of that beautiful song was
the wind filling his sails.
For the rest of the day,
right up until he went
to sleep again, his heart was
filled with fragments of bliss.

Hi fromagreenhill,
this is so perfect, what a wonderful way to spend a
day, filled with the fragments of bliss.
Yes I really enjoyed this poem.
Thanks for the read.
Jenny.

This is new to me in spite of the date of submission. I just read it and had to say how delightful I found it to be.
